Deletion Request Rights – You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information we have collected and retained from you, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will delete your personal information and direct our vendors to do the same from our/their records, unless an exception applies.

Non-Discrimination – We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Agent – You may designate an agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf, but for your protection, we may need to verify your identity directly with you before fulfilling certain requests. We need your agent’s contact information, and your agent needs to have your information ready when submitting the request.

In the event that Automated Attic Stair LLC becomes aware of a security breach which has resulted or may result in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal information Automated Attic Stair LLC will promptly investigate the matter and notify the applicable Supervisory Authority not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
